You also agree that by requesting a custom lure or jig Bully Lures and Bully Lures LLC has your permission to use designs, concepts, ideas and/or any other intellectual property for product development, enhancement or new product without monetary compensation unless otherwise stated in a written agreement between parties.
Bully Lures and Bully Lures LLC accepts all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Bully Lures and Bully Lures LLC will process orders within 1-3 operating business days of order receipt and payment. All products in undamaged original packaging will be accepted within 45 calendar days of purchase, shipping back will be the at the cost of the customer. Bully Lures and Bully Lures LLC utilizes 3rd party shipping services for transportation of product, once products have been picked up, received and/or in the possession of shipping service provider, Bully Lures and Bully Lures LLC is no longer liable for the product.
Your use of the website, products and services provided by Bully Lures and Bully Lures LLC must be that of good morale and appropriate nature. You agree to not use the website, products and services in any unlawful manner or otherwise inconsistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
