SHIPPING & RETURNS
Bully Lures uses USPS for its shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time checkout, this cost is set by the carrier. All orders over $75+ will ship free.
Bully Lures ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Bully Lures accepts returns up to 45 days from receipt of order. Product must be in its original packaging. Return shipping will be the expense of the customer.
If Wrong Product Was Received
If the wrong product was received or are missing products from your order contact us at CustomerService@BullyLures.com and Bully Lures will correct the error.
Broken or Damaged Product
If the products received were broken or damaged contact us at CustomerService@BullyLures.com and Bully Lures will work to resolve the issue.
